Scope of Practice
At Aligned Integrative Nutrition, my goal is to bridge science, clinical insight, and compassion to help you feel grounded in your body and confident in your health choices.
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition (MScN) from the National University of Natural Medicine, a graduate program rooted in the philosophy of Food as Medicine. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with functional, personalized strategies that honor the whole person — mind, body, and personal environment.
I am currently completing the 1,000 supervised practice hours required to sit for the Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) exam. The CNS is a nationally recognized advanced nutrition credential that reflects high standards of competence, clinical training, and scientific rigor.
In this stage of my credentialing, I provide:
Nutrition education and lifestyle guidance grounded in current scientific evidence
Personalized nutrition support tailored to your health history, goals, and unique physiology
Collaboration with your medical or wellness team to support cohesive, integrative care
I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Instead, I work to educate and empower you with the tools, understanding, and encouragement to make nourishing choices that support your healing journey.
