In this first episode, I’m sharing my story and how I came to be a clinical nutritionist. From growing up with a strong foundation in whole foods and an early awareness of how nutrition supports our mood, sleep, and overall well-being… to navigating anxiety, gut health, under-fueling as an athlete, and injury—this path has been shaped by lived experience. I also share the pivotal moment supporting my dad through knee replacement surgery, where I saw firsthand how powerful targeted nutrition can be in healing, recovery, and empowering individuals in their care.
