Welcome to Aligned Integrative Nutrition, a space where we work together to nourish our way back to innate alignment, rhythm, and feeling at home in the body.

My path into nutrition began long before textbooks and clinics. I grew up playing sports and felt deeply connected to my body, strong, capable, and resilient. In college, a lacrosse injury changed that relationship. Suddenly I was navigating pain, inflammation, and disconnection, and I realized how quickly we are taught to treat symptoms instead of supporting the whole system.

That season of my life led me to advocate for my own healing. I became fascinated by how everything in the body is connected, how digestion influences inflammation, how blood sugar shapes energy and mood, how the nervous system directs recovery, and how nourishment can bring us back into balance.

When I began nourishing my body intentionally alongside learning how to regulate my nervous system, something shifted. I was not just recovering from an injury. I was returning to homeostasis, to rhythm, to my innate way of being.

Today, I support clients through a functional, whole body approach to gut health, blood sugar regulation, metabolic resilience, orthopedic recovery, bone and muscle health, and nervous system nourishment through food and daily rhythms.

I work with clients across many different health journeys, with a primary focus on those who are new to nutrition, individuals preparing for and recovering from orthopedic surgery to optimize healing, those looking to support nervous system regulation through food and daily habits, and those working to improve blood sugar balance. My goal is always to translate complex science into simple, sustainable strategies that fit into everyday life.

A growing part of my work focuses on prevention and life transitions, helping high school seniors, college students, and adults build nourishing routines around meals, sleep, digestion, and stress so health feels steady, not stressful.

At the heart of my practice is collaboration. I believe nourishment does not need to be complicated. It needs to be personalized, supportive, and sustainable. Together, we work to address root causes, restore balance, and ignite a renewed relationship with food and the body.

Outside of my clinical work, you will find me hiking, gravel biking with my lovebird, cooking colorful seasonal meals, creating alongside my sister and mom, and tending my garden, always inspired by rhythm, nature, and community.

In good health,

Ellery, MScN|Certified Nutrition Specialist Candidate (2026)
